Riana established her first Financial Services company in 2006 called Exponential Financial Options where she was the Director and Key individual. She decided to make strategic changes thus changing the name to Exponential Financial Services which was established in 2019. Riana has a BSc degree as well as a HED diploma which she achieved in 1989. She made a career change in 2001 to the Financial industry, achieved her Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning in 2006 and her Advanced Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning (investments) in 2008. She has a passion for the industry and enjoys what she does with great enthusiasm.

Suzanne has been part of EFS since the start when they decided to rename the business from Exponential Financial Options (Establish 2006) to Exponential Financial Services (Established 2019). She has a degree in Bcom Communication Management from the University of Pretoria. She has been in the industry since 1998 where she work as a student for another Financial Services company then joined Riana in 2006 where she is still at present.

Kim joined the EFS team in 2013 as a Medical Aid Specialist and Employee Benefits (EB) Administration Assistant. She helps all EFS medical aid clients in decision making and escalation of queries, and provides administration assistance to EB Employer Groups on Pension and Provident Funds.

She has been in the financial services industry over 8 years now, and has great passion and respect for the industry.
